JVB Design provides professional, material consultation, project management, and skilled craft services including flooring, terrazzo, custom coatings, cabinetry, and finish work. We are not licensed general contractors and do not perform any work that requires a Florida contractor's license beyond our scope — specifically, we do not perform electrical, plumbing, structural, or mechanical work.
Any electrical, plumbing, structural, or mechanical work required for your project must be performed by licensed professionals hired directly by the client. You are responsible for obtaining all required permits and ensuring all work complies with local codes.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Scope of Services
JVB Design performs the following craft services directly:
- Premium flooring (hardwood, tile, stone)
- Artisanal terrazzo floors and finishes
- Garage epoxy and concrete coatings
- Custom cabinetry and millwork
- Kitchen and bathroom
- Design consultation and material selection
- Project management and coordination
We do not perform electrical, plumbing, structural, or mechanical work. Any such work must be contracted directly with appropriately licensed professionals.
No Professional Liability

Third-Party Professionals
JVB Design may recommend third-party trades or contractors for work outside our scope (electrical, plumbing, structural, mechanical). These recommendations are based on past collaboration only. Agreement
By engaging JVB Design, you acknowledge that:
- We perform craft services directly as described above
- We are not licensed general contractors
- We do not perform electrical, plumbing, structural, or mechanical work
- You are responsible for hiring licensed professionals for any work outside our scope
- You are responsible for obtaining all required permits
